You know it's bad when Windows starts outperfoming your Linux box. Admit it... I think we've all had that moment of frustration when you switch back over to Windows.
Of course, it doesn't have to be like that. The Linux platform is incredibly powerful, so why do we go back and forth? If you're anything like me, that primary motivation comes from GAMING. Yes, you like to fire up your World of Warcraft (or if you're even more like me, the plethora of games available from Steam).
We don't have to switch back for everything, however. This blog's goal is look for those exceptions... And the good news is we can start with some very low cost options!
